Description
No. 2 Colehill Street is a house that has been converted into an office, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of red brick, with the ground storey painted, and features a plain tile roof along with a brick integral end stack and ridge stack. It stands three storeys tall, with reduced proportions on the second floor and slightly irregular window placement. The façade includes two regular bays on the right and a single window on the left at a mezzanine level between the first and second floors. The windows are 16-pane glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. The entrance, located to the right of center, has a pilastered and pedimented doorcase that includes a fanlight with radiating glazing bars. To the left of the entrance is a former carriageway arch, which has been fitted with half glazed doors.
