Pinfold to corner of Cross in Hand Lane. C18 with earlier origins; C19 additions, restored and paved 1990. Brick. Square structure. C18 brick walls, heightened in C19, with brick coping. C20 gate to front, steps down to interior, and brick paving. Plaque to rear wall records history of the pinfold: the last remaining example in the city, controlled by the St George's Court, held 23 April, which appointed pinners and pinfold keepers.
