The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a single-window range. Notable architectural details include a plain plinth, a sill band at the first floor, and a lead gutter. The round-headed entrance, located to the right, is framed by an architrave with imposts and has a recessed 20th-century door, with steps leading up to it and a wall on the right side. The windows are fitted with sills and consist of 12-pane sashes, while the second floor features a 9-pane sash window.
