7/93 Woodhouse Farmhouse and - attached garden wall - II

Farmhouse and wall. Early C18 farmhouse and late C18 wall. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks. Principal range of house aligned north-east/south-west facing north-west, rear wing aligned north- west/south-east; a wall attached to each end of the main house encloses a large former garden to the south and west. House: 2 storeys with storey band; 4 windows, casements with segmental heads; half-glazed door to left of centre. Woodhouse Farmhouse and its attached walled garden were formerly part of the Fisherwick Hall estate. Fisherwick Hall (demolished) was built by Capability Brown circa 1770.
