Description

The kitchen garden walls to the former Elford Hall date from the 18th century. They are constructed of red brick in garden wall bond, featuring plain stone coping that ramps up in places. The walls include segmental and flat arch doorways, as well as brick lean-to potting sheds. These walls enclose a large square kitchen garden associated with the early 18th century Elford Hall, which was demolished in 1964.
