Description

This is a barn dating from the mid-18th century, located approximately 15 yards north-west of Mere Pitts Farmhouse. It is constructed of red brick and has a plain tile roof. The barn features an L-shaped plan, with the main range aligned north-east to south-west, facing south-east, and a north-west to south-east wing that projects south-east. The main range, which is to the left, has one storey and three roof bays, with full-height barn doors on the right and square air vents. The gabled wing on the right includes a loft door. This barn is included in the listing for its group value.
