Description
The railings and gate located to the south of the Church of St Chad in Lichfield date from the early 19th century. They extend approximately 35 metres along the churchyard's road front. The structure features an ashlar base with moulded railings topped with spear finials. There is a rusticated pier at the left end and similar gate piers at the right end, which support paired gates adorned with decorative panels. Additionally, there is a short length of railings to the right of the gate.
