GV II Milepost. C19. Hollow cast iron triangular with sloping top. Painted white with raised lettering in black. Inscription reads: Left: YOXALL 6 KINGS BROMLEY 8 ½ LICHFIELD 14 Right: SUDBURY 2 ½ ASHBOURNE 12 ½ Top: DRAYCOTT

SUMMARY OF IMPORTANCE: This milepost survives well in its original location and forms part of a group, many of which are listed, marking out routes in East Staffordshire.
