Description
Draycott Lodge is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 18th century, with later additions. It is constructed of red brick and features a clay tile roof with brick stacks at both ends. The main range of the house runs east-west and is complemented by an early 19th-century extension wing to the west, along with late 19th to early 20th-century additions at the rear.
The main house, located to the right, has three storeys, a first-floor band, and dentilled eaves, with the second floor added in the early 19th century. It has two windows on the upper floor and three segmental-headed windows on the ground floor, with the central window occupying the site of a former door. The left gabled wing features French casements and a half-glazed door to the right. On the east gable, there is a six-panelled door to the left within a gabled porch, and a segmental-headed casement to the right, with the former roof line still visible above.
