Description
Moreton Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has undergone later alterations and additions. It features a timber frame with brick infill and a plain tile roof, along with a brick integral end stack and a brick ridge stack. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the main range aligned north-south and a rear wing aligned east-west. It is one storey high with an attic and consists of three bays. The windows are casements, with ground floor windows located to the left, left of center, and right of center, as well as gabled attic dormers. There is a central doorway. The farmhouse was undergoing restoration at the time of the resurvey in January 1985.
