It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof with dentil course eaves and end stacks. The building has a square plan with compact U-shaped ranges. The entrance front is three storeys high and has three windows, which include segmental-headed casements. The outer windows have three lights, while the central window has two lights, and all are shorter on the top storey. The central entrance is topped by a 20th-century gabled hood and features a 20th-century "Spanish" six-panel door with a fanlight above.
