HANBURY C.P. CHURCH LANE SK 12 NE 2/33 Lychgate to - Church of St Werburgh GV II

Lychgate. Late C19, possibly part of the work of 1862 by Hine & Evans. Timber frame on stone plinth; shingle roof; oak, mainly replaced in cedar. Framed and diagonally-braced side walls support roof, crosses at apices, and central triangular louvres with quatrefoil openings.
