Description
The lychgate, located about 10 meters north-west of Holy Trinity Church, dates from the late 19th century. It features an ashlar base with weathered buttresses, and the superstructure is made of wood. The roof is tiled and topped with an elaborate wrought-iron cross-finial. The lychgate has heavy wooden uprights that support pierced panels decorated with quatrefoils and other designs. It also includes contemporary gates and a wrought-iron lamp with colored glass.
