No. 12 Havelins Street is a house, likely built in the mid-18th century. It has a whitewashed exterior and a thatched roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building is two stories tall and features a five-window arrangement. The windows are 2-light casements with glazing bars, and the central window on the upper floor has scrolled cheek pieces. There is a 20th-century glazed door located in the second bay from the left.
