Description

Pool Green Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with later 19th-century alterations and additions. It is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof featuring a dentilled eaves course. End stacks and a ridge stack are present, located to the right of the centre. The main front has three storeys and four windows. It features segmental-headed three-light casement windows, with shorter windows on the upper storeys, and close-spaced windows on the second floor. A gabled, single-storey porch is situated to the right of the centre, embellished with shaped tiles and cusped and fretted barge boards displaying trefoil patterns. A lower, two-storey wing is set back and attached to the left side.
