Stable Approximately 30 Yards West Of Gilbert Sheldon Church Of England (C) School

This stable, located approximately 30 yards west of Gilbert Sheldon Church of England School, dates from the early 19th century with later additions. It is constructed of coursed and squared stone and features a clay tile roof with coped verges. The building has a ground storey and a loft, comprising about three bays. There are three ground floor doors located to the left, right, and left of the centre, with loft doors positioned to the left and right of the centre, accessed by a flight of stone steps. Small casement windows are present on the ground floor to the right and centre, along with three louvred ventilation loops and a straight joint on the left side. To the left, there is a single-storey forward projecting extension with a slate roof, featuring a central door flanked by casement windows. On the right, there is a low lean-to extension with a door and a corrugated iron roof.
