Description

The Gables is a 17th century timber-framed cottage, dated 1663, located on Rodington Drury Lane. It features whitened brick infill panels and has a steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. The cottage is one storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there are two modern casement windows on either side of a modern door, which is sheltered by a large modern glazed porch. The attic gable is off centre and has a modern casement window. There are brick stacks at both ends, and a single storey brick lean-to is attached to the north end.
