Description
Wrockwardine Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed cottage featuring white painted brick infill panels. It has a tiled roof with gabled ends and is one storey high with an attic. The cottage has three windows, which are small casements with glazing bars. There is a plain doorway to the right of the center with a plank door. Two gabled dormers with casements are present, along with a rebuilt brick stack at the center. At the rear, there is a modern glazed lean-to. The property includes an adjoining outbuilding to the south, which forms an L-shaped plan. This outbuilding is an early 19th-century red brick range with a tiled roof and gabled end, featuring a moulded brick eaves course, and is also one storey high with an attic. The outbuilding is included for its group value.
