Description

The Villa is an early to mid 19th century red brick house featuring a hipped tile roof and a parapet with moulded stone coping. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. It has large sash windows with glazing bars and moulded segmental arch lintels, possibly made of cast iron, which include keyblocks. At the center, there is a porch supported by pilasters and Tuscan columns in antis, topped with a heavy entablature. The entrance features a fielded panel door that is set back, framed by architraves and a cornice on brackets. The house also has brick stacks at each end.
