Description
A terrace of five houses built around 1830, located on Abbey Foregate in Shrewsbury. The buildings are constructed of brick, although one has been rendered. They have Welsh slate roofs. The terrace is two storeys high and has a six-window front. The houses follow a pattern of four single-unit plans and one two-unit plan. Each house has a six-panelled door, some of which have been replaced, set within a case featuring curved consoles supporting a pediment. The windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched stucco surrounds, and some have been renewed. Axial stacks are present.
