LLANFAIR WATERDINE CP Small cow house approximately 10 metres to north-west of Upper Panpwnton Farmhouse

GV II Cow house. Probably late C18 or early C19. Limewashed, coursed limestone rubble ground floor; weatherboarded timber-framed first floor; slate roof. One framed bay; site falls from north-east/south-west. Two storeys and loft. Boarded first floor and loft doors to north-west; boarded cow house door and small window on south-west. Later lean-to addition to south-east; coursed limestone rubble, weatherboarded timber frame, and slate roof; two boarded doors to south-west. Included for group value in a good farmstead.
