Farmhouse. Early C19. Roughly coursed limestone rubble; slate roof with integral brick end-stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys. 3-window front; first floor late C19 two-light metal casements in wooden frames, ground floor mid-C19 three-light segmental-headed wooden casements; central 6-panelled door (bottom 2 panels flush, top panels raised and fielded) with 3-part segmental-headed overlight. The house forms part of a complete large early C19 farm group in the middle of the hamlet. [See cowhouse to North-west and barn and cowhouse to North (q.v.)].
