Description

This is an 18th-century house, likely built on an earlier core. The exterior is roughcast, with a plain tile roof and a brick ridge stack. The house has two storeys, an attic, and a cellar. It features a 2-window front. The windows are 3/6 sash windows. A large 20th-century gable dormer is present, designed to resemble timber framing, with a 2-light casement window. The left side of the house has a half-glazed panelled door. To the right of the door are two 6/6 sash windows. A canted return is visible connecting to the property at No.2 Bell Lane.
