Farmhouse and cast-iron pump. Farmhouse: probably early to mid-C18 with later additions and alterations, principally of late C19. Painted and plastered brick, machine tile roofs. Hall with projecting cross-wing to right; mid- to late C19 additions to rear and right. 2 storeys with floor bands and gable-lit attic, cellars; fenestration all late C19, 3-light segmental-headed casements, one on each floor to left of hall range and to cross-wing with a small top-light casement above C20 boarded door in lean-to porch in angle between hall and cross-wing; axial ridge stack to right with 4 attached diamond shafts and end stack to left with paired diamond shafts. Interior: not inspected, but noted as having chamfered spine beam and heavy joists to back room of cross-wing; encased ceiling beams to left-hand room of hall range. Mid- to late C19 cast-iron pump attached to right return of cross-wing behind late C19 lean-to addition.
