Description

Manor Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick with a machine-tile roof and raised verges. The building is arranged in an L-shape, with a lower range set at right angles to the rear on the left side. The farmhouse is three storeys high and features a dentilled eaves cornice. The front facade has five windows; the windows in the second and fourth bays from the left are blind. The ground and first floors have 20th-century casements with original segmental heads. Mid-19th-century 3-light casements are directly below the eaves. An entrance is located in the fourth bay from the right, leading through a 20th-century open lean-to brick porch with a sliding glass door. A prominent ridge stack is situated between the second and third windows from the left, with an integral end stack to the right. An original Sun Insurance Plate, numbered 4875, is visible in the second blind window from the left on the first floor.
