House, C18 with C19 additions. Painted brick; plain tile roof; C20 restored brick end stack to right; C19 brick stack to left front. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range: late C19 6/6 sashes with cambered heads in moulded cases, and to left, C20 casements under brick segmental arches. Entrance to centre left: panelled door in C19 gabled porch with scrolled bargeboards; to right are 2 similar C18 sashes under deep brick segmental arches. Continuous storey band. Left returned side (garden front): 2 gables with pierced moulded and scrolled bargeboards; 4-window range: C20 6/6 horizontal casements, with 3/6 casements to gables; 2 canted bays to ground floor, with 2/2: 6/6: 2/2 sashes. C19 wing to left: 4-window range: 6/6 sashes to ground and first floor; matching gable to left. Rear: 2 gable wings with C20 casement, fire escape door and brick chimney. INTERIOR: not inspected.
