Small barn, now store. c.1600 with C18 or C19 alterations. Timber framed with red brick noggings, weatherboarded gables; one wall rebuilt in red brick. Corrugated iron roof. Framing: large rectangular panels (2 from sole plate to wall plate) with short angle braces. 2 framed bays. Slatted window and 2 boarded doors to north-west . Interior: collar and tie beam end trusses with queen struts. Central collar and tie beam truss with raking struts. Single purlins with wind braces. Mayfield House is not included on this list.
