Houses. Mid C19. Rubble; roughcast and sham timber-framing; plain tile roof with twin gables to front; brick end stacks with multiple shafts. 2-unit plan; cottage orne style. 2-storeys, attic and cellar; 2-window range: canted oriels with metal glazing bars, moulded cornices and underhangs, over mullion windows in chamfered reveals under stone drip-courses. Central recessed entrance bay has matching plank doors; over, balcony, with spat balusters, on chamfered oak posts - access by narrow plank doors with pointed heads, replaced by C20 glazing to right. Ornamental barge-boards, plaster work and timber-framing. Rear: roughcast with various leaded lights, sashes and casements, C20 to left. Returned sides: rubble with banded brick stack bases, that to right with stone tablet.
