Range Approximately 20 Metres South East Of Castle Farmhouse

This building, located approximately 20 meters southeast of Castle Farmhouse, is a former part of a castle that has been converted into a farm building. It likely dates back to the 14th century and has undergone some later alterations. The structure is made of sandstone rubble and features a plain tile roof.

On the exterior, it stands two stories tall and includes various lights and openings. Notable features include a chamfered ashlar doorway, a timber-frame and weatherboarded panel above openings in oak frames, and a span-arch chamfered pointed arch with a plank door. The rear side has three- and four-light mullioned windows set in chamfered ashlar surrounds, which are topped with relieving arches, as well as ventilation holes and a light to the gable. There is also a lean-to on the left front, which has a catslide roof. The interior has not been inspected.
