Description

Nos. 13 and 14 Wyle Cop are a pair of shops built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of brick and feature a plain tiled roof. The building has three storeys and a four-window range. The shop fronts, dating from around 1900, are flanked by rusticated stuccoed pilasters on either side and between each front. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes that have moulded sills and flat-arched brick heads. The building also includes stone quoins and a sill band at the second floor, as well as a modillion eaves cornice that supports the overhanging roof.
