Description

No. 22 Dogpole is a house and shop dating from the early 19th century. It features roughcast render with rusticated stucco on the ground floor. The building has three storeys and a five-window range, with paired windows on the ground floor and an archway leading to Dogpole Court, along with an inserted shop front beyond. The upper windows are two-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads. The return elevation in the wing to Dogpole Court has two storeys and a three-window range, featuring a six-panelled door on the right with an overlight set in a moulded architrave, and wide sash windows. There is a brick sill band.
