Description
No. 30 Pride Hill is a pair of shops that were originally a single commercial building, dating from the mid-19th century. The exterior features stucco over brick, with the roof not visible behind a high parapet. The building has three storeys and a six-window range. The shop fronts were inserted in the late 20th century, while the upper windows are two-pane sashes with moulded architraves and cambered heads, featuring keystones on the second storey. The facade is divided into three bays by full-height pilasters, and there is a moulded cornice and parapet. A central segmental pediment is flanked by balustrading and urns on pedestals, which are inscribed with the name "Blower."
