Description
No. 9 in Woodside is a house built in the mid-to-late 19th century, with an early 20th-century addition. The main structure is made of roughly coursed and squared painted limestone rubble, while the addition is rendered. It features a slate roof and displays Tudor Gothic architectural details. The house has two storeys and an off-centre stone ridge stack located to the right. The front has two windows, which are 2-light cast-iron casements with patterned glazing and returned brick hoodmoulds. To the left, there is a 20th-century glazed door with a gabled wooden porch. The later addition, which is set back to the right, includes 2-light cast-iron casements with lozenge-pattern glazing in its right-hand gable end.
