Farmhouse, now divided into flats. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. Red brick, hipped slate roof with axial stacks in roof slope to left and right. 3 storeys, toothed eaves cornice; 3-window front, late C20 casements with original cambered heads; central entrance, plain pedimented doorcase has panelled door with panels now glazed and rectangular 4-light overlight, outline of former gabled porch visible. Flanking single-storey pavilion-like wings to left and right, each has a blind cambered opening and stone coping rising above central pediment; left is facade only and right has a brick lean-to behind, altered and extended late C20.
