Description

This milestone, located approximately 290 metres to the south-west of Roveries Hall, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is made of white painted stone with black lettering and features a rounded top. The inscription reads "MILES" at the top, with distances to various locations: "CH STOKE 3½", "M BROOK 10¼", and "C ARMS 11". Although it is slightly damaged, it remains part of a complete series of milestones.
