Hotel. Probably late C16. Render over timber-frame with plain tiled roof. 2 storeys, 6-window range with wide gable to left, and 2 narrow gabled dormers to right. Main door with overlight beneath central narrow gable, flanked by 12-pane sash windows. Further doorway at right-hand end of building, with 12-pane sash alongside it. Two 16-pane sash windows beneath the wide left-hand gable. Upper windows are all 4-pane sashes, irregularly spaced. Small 6-pane sash windows in each of the small gables. Each gable has barge-boards with finial. Rear wall stack to left, and axial stack to right of main gable.
