Description

The Crown Hotel is a hotel located in Holbeach West End. It dates from the early 18th century, with mid-19th and 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed of rendered and colourwashed brick, topped with a plain tiled roof that features some tumbling, brick coped gables, wooden moulded eaves, and gable stacks. It has two storeys and an attic, with a five-bay front. The central doorway has a 20th-century panelled door. To the right, there is a single tripartite casement window, while to the left, there are two plain sash windows. Above, there are five plain sash windows, all fitted with 20th-century shutters. The roof includes two segmental dormers, each containing a single plain sash window.
