Description

This is a mid-19th century cottage, although it may include some earlier fabric. It is constructed of uncoursed limestone rubble with a thatched roof. The cottage has projecting end stacks to the right and a lateral stack to the rear, both with red brick capping. The cottage is two storeys high. A prominent, wide projecting porch is slightly left of centre, featuring a 20th-century ledged door under a round-headed arch, and a 20th-century casement window with a cambered head to the right. To the right of the porch is one similar window. A lean-to extension exists to the rear, with a plastic sheeting roof. The cottage is described as picturesque.
