This is a mid-19th century estate farm complex located approximately 10 meters southwest of The Poles Farmhouse. Constructed from stone rubble with plain tile roofs, the building features a courtyard plan that includes a wainhouse and granary to the east, as well as pigsties and a blacksmith's shop to the north. The complex comprises a hackney stable and granary, a potato shed, a corn barn, and a turnip house, along with cowsheds and a calve box. Additionally, there is a stable range with a haybay and tack room, a fattening yard with loose boxes and an open-fronted shed, a pigsty, a boilerhouse, and a blacksmith's shop. Inside, the building features kingpost and queen strut trusses and retains many original fixtures and fittings.
