Description

Hill Halton Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-frame and plaster construction, with stone rubble and a 19th-century plain tile roof. The building has an L-shaped plan and is two stories high, with a four-window range. The ground and first floors have 20th-century, two-light casements. On the left side, there is a 20th-century, two-light casement under a timber plate and a blocked opening. The right side includes a battened plank door and 20th-century casements. At the rear, there is a wing made of timber-frame and 18th-century brick, with a pebble-dashed rear gable that has three-light casements on both the ground and first floors.
