8/23 L-shaped outbuilding - approx. 10m south- east of White House

GV II

Agricultural outbuilding. Late C17 with later alterations. Timber framed with red brick infill and part weatherboarded; corrugated iron roof. L-plan. Framing: square panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate with short straight tension braces. Doorways in angle to each range. Interior. Single-purlin roof with centre truss of south range having raking struts from tie beams to principal rafters. Included for group value.
