Description

This milestone, located approximately 390 metres east of Upper Broughton Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is made of white painted stone with a black base and lettering, featuring a rounded top. The inscriptions include "MILES" at the top, with "B CASTLE 2" and "MT GOMERY 7" below.
