Description
This signal post, located approximately 150 metres south of the former Oswestry Station, is likely from the late 19th century. It is made of steel or wrought iron and features a tubular design with a diagonal stay. The post is supported by an elevated platform that has a cross-braced substructure and a simple handrail. The platform holds two posts, each equipped with a ladder and connected at the top by a horizontal brace. One signal arm is still intact. This structure is included for its group value.
