Description

STOKE EDITH CP PERTON SO 54 SE 2/160 Perton Croft II House. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick infill and refacing, concrete tiled roof. Three framed bays aligned east/west facing south, later addition to rear, central entrance and rear stacks. Single storey, attic and basement, three gabled dormers with 2-light case- ments, one window to left and two to right of porch with inner panelled door with glazed insets. Framing, fairly complete, three square panels from sill to wall-plate.
