Description

Perton Croft is a house dating from the 17th century, with 20th-century alterations. It is timber-framed with painted brick infill and refacing, topped with a concrete tiled roof. The building consists of three framed bays arranged east to west and facing south, with a later addition at the rear. It has a central entrance and rear stacks. The house is single storey with an attic and basement, featuring three gabled dormers that contain 2-light casement windows. To the left of the porch, there is one window, and to the right, there are two windows, along with an inner panelled door that has glazed insets. The framing is fairly complete, showing three square panels from the sill to the wall-plate.
