Description

The Woodhill memorial, located about 2 meters west of the nave of the Church of St Andrew, is a pedestal tomb commemorating Sarah Woodhill, who died in 1827. It is constructed of ashlar and has a square plan with a cuboid shape. The memorial features rectangular inscription panels and paterae in the corners, along with a moulded cornice and concave capping topped with a gabled finial. The inscription reads: "Sacred to the Memory of Sarah Woodhill, of the Parish of Peterchurch in this County who died April 7th 1827, Aged 67 years [verse omitted]."
