House. Early C17, with some early C19 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick infill on a coursed rubble plinth with asbestos slate roof Two framed bays aligned east/west, with external stack to west gable of rubble with brick shaft. North front of one storey with gable-lit attic. Three windows, a 4-light casement to left, and two 3-light casements. Entrance to rear. Framing: three square panels high with slightly curved angle braces. The gable-end truss has two struts to collar and trenched purlins.
