It is built of coursed rubble and features a hipped slate roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. The east front has three storeys and three windows, which are 16-pane sashes set under wedge lintels with stone sills. The second floor contains 8-pane sashes. The central entrance is highlighted by a flat wooden canopy supported by two pairs of wooden posts with trellised sides. This building is included for its group value.
