Shown on OS as Lower Rudimore Farmhouse. Farmhouse. C17, with some mid-C19 and late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with rendered infill underbuilt in painted brick under a hipped slate roof. L-plan, with limbs extending to east and north. External stack on north gable of rubble. A further C17 range attached to north-east corner of northern range extends to the east. West front of two storeys with two 2-light casements Ground floor has two 3-light casements below a continuous plank weathering. Entrance to left-hand gable end. Framing: two square panels high to first floor. The other range has diagonal framing to the east gable. Interior has ingle- nook with mantel beam. The corner room has C17 panelling with a late C17 to early C18 corner cupboard.
