Description

Winbrook House is a house from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped slate roof with gable end stacks. The building stands three storeys tall and has a dentilled brick cornice. There are three windows on the front: two 16-pane sashes on either side of a 12-pane sash, all with a plastered wedge lintel. On the second floor, there are 8-pane and 6-pane sashes. The ground floor has two 16-pane sashes and a central entrance, which features a pilastered wooden doorcase with an open pediment, a radially glazed fanlight, and a panelled door.
