Description
The Lees is an outbuilding that has been converted into a house. It dates back to the 17th century and incorporates remnants from the 16th century, with a remodel that took place in the mid-20th century. The structure is timber-framed with brick infill and features a machine tile roof. It is designed in an L-shape, with extensions to the north and east.
The garden front, facing south, has two storeys and includes a gabled cross-wing on the left. This side features three sets of two-light 20th-century casements above one window with two lights and two windows with three lights on the right. The framing consists of four square panels high on the east wing, which has a clasped purlin gable-end truss. The other range has three square panels high, with the gable featuring three struts to the collar, V-struts at the apex, and trenched purlins.
